Period 2 - PSSA 8: Complete Supporting and Developing Topics packet if not completed in class. Be prepared to support your answers.
Period 3: Complete multiple choice questions at end of "Endangered Animals" article.
Period 4, 6, 8: Complete Author's Purpose worksheet.
TUESDAY:
Periods 1,5: "Question and Answer" main idea page (wolves article)
Period 2 - PSSA 7: Finish transition organizer with "Wizard of Oz" passage
Period 3: Quiz corrections. See post below regarding the set up.
Period 4, 6, 8: Point of View multiple choice quiz
WEDNESDAY:
Periods 1, 5: Inverted Pyramid page with police news article
Period 2 - PSSA 8: Complete Organizing Writing packet. Be prepared to support your answers.
Period 3: Author's Purpose worksheet.
Period 4, 6, 8: Finish "Three Little Pigs" point of view writing if not finished in class.
THURSDAY:
Periods 1, 5: Multiple choice questions at end of "Endangered Animals" article
Period 2 - PSSA 7: Complete "Transitions" packet. Will be collected for 14 points on Monday.
Periods 3, 4, 6, 8: Be prepared to complete your RACERS in class tomorrow.
FRIDAY:
Periods 1, 5: Finish talking to the text with "Endangered Animals." Each paragraph should have one word you're unsure of (or think would make a good vocab word), one question, and one comment.
Period 2- PSSA 8: In-class -- transition notes, text organization review.
Periods 3, 4, 6, 8: RACERS due on Monday if not finished in class.
