Please make sure you are keeping up with the reading assignments. This includes both the novel and the study questions. If you are absent or we are off for a snow day, you still need to complete the reading.

MONDAY:

Periods 7, 8: Read Ch. 5, complete reading questions.

TUESDAY:
Periods 1, 4, 5, 6: Read pg. 97-117, answer questions #6-8.
Periods 7, 8: Read Ch. 6, complete reading questions.

WEDNESDAY:
Periods 1, 4, 5, 6: Read pg. 119-132, answer questions #1-3.
Periods 7, 8: Read Ch. 7 for Friday, complete reading questions.

THURSDAY:
Periods 1, 4, 5, 6: No reading. Prepare for tomorrow's quiz.
Periods 7,8: Finish Ch. 7 assignment.

FRIDAY:
Periods 1, 4, 5, 6: Pg. 1-132 quiz! No reading assignment over the weekend.
Periods 7, 8: Ch. 1-7 quiz! No reading assignment over the weekend.

Periods 1, 4, 5, 6: In class - Read "The Grapes of Wrath" excerpt. Complete comprehension check and close read. Homework: Read Wonder pg. 3-23, answer questions #1-6.
Periods 7, 8: In class - historical background for Warriors Don't Cry. Homework: Read Warriors Don't Cry Ch. 1, answer questions.
