November 28 - December 2

Please note: Throughout our study of "A Christmas Carol," you have less homework than you have had all year in this class. Because of this, it is essential that you are completing classwork, preparing for tests, completing larger projects, and participating in class.

MONDAY:
No school - Thanksgiving break.

TUESDAY:
All classes: In class - static & dynamic character notes; long-term character assignment distributed and discussed; roles assigned for "A Christmas Carol."

WEDNESDAY:
All classes: In class - Viewed the British Library's "A Christmas Carol" background video. Read Pg. 236-240 in class. Completed margin notes and discussion of direct/indirect characterization of Scrooge. 

THURSDAY:
All classes: In class - Read Act I Scene II and Act I Scene III of "A Christmas Carol." Completed margin notes and labeled characterization pieces.

FRIDAY:  
All classes: In class - Finished Act I Scene III. Completed margin notes. Began work on Scrooge character analysis packets.
